I have worked on dozens of population-health projects, cleaning and preprocessing patient data and building reporting that helps directors track programs and plan.
My work spans tobacco cessation, OB/GYN, health-related social needs, child care operations, community health assessment, and premature mortality. I own the reporting cycle from requirements and data preparation through validation, publishing, and ongoing support.

Use Epic daily for chart and EHR review, working with patient, visit, and claims data and related models. Clean and preprocess clinical records for reporting.
Connect data sources, build APIs for dashboards, and model relationships and measures for complex reports.
Build Power BI dashboards and web reports around program tracking, operational review, and planning.
